Throughout the week, visitors to the showroom will be able to experience the new CH07 Shell Chair first hand and also take part in a series of engaging events and workshops. 

Sculptures by Nicholas Shurey will be on display in an exhibition named ‘Wonders of Wood’, which will take viewers on a journey through the different qualities and characteristics of wood.

Additionally, Master Woods Craftsman, Michael Murphy, will host intimate workshops that guide participants to craft wooden spoons and tongs. Finally, a beautiful tablescape on the Rungstedlund dining table will be set, in honour of the Rungstedlund country house in Denmark and the eventual home of the Danish Academy.
