London based photographer Artur Nizicki’s stunning prints feature London architecture as you’ve never seen it before. The abstract form of celebrated buildings balance materiality with geometry in his style of ‘Urban Geometry’ which can make even the toughest materials appear mystical.
Surrey based artist Kasia Clarke’s large scale paintings prompt the viewer to surrender their visual experience and immerse themselves into the painting. Her work depicts emotional ‘places’ loosely based on a landscape concept. But these landscapes are not depictions of specific geographic areas — they are imaginary, intuitive, soulful expressions of emotion painted in an expressive and emotive manner.
Adventures in Furniture will also be hosting a late night opening and drinks reception for the District evening on 20th September.
