Inspired by the theme of opposing states, the graphics designed by Campbell Hay capture the dynamic nature and signature moves of ping pong. With the use of Instagram filters, the typographic tables are further brought to life through animation and augmented reality.
The tables are installed at Islington Square – activating the public space with design and sport.

Two of the 8 tables have been permanently installed as part of the public realm, while 6 smaller ‘ArtTables’ are displayed in a gallery setting at Islington Square when not in use. Through vibrant colours, bold and animated typography, the designs express the joy of the game – watch the tables bounce, smash and block.

Following their successful partnership together , Art of Ping Pong is launching a new ArtNet and Art Bat collection with Campbell Hay.

The ArtNet, the latest product from AoPP, converts almost any table into your ping pong playground within seconds. By overlapping each of the three pieces the net is easily adjusted to fit almost any table. And when the game stops the ArtNet is hung on the wall as an interior design feature.

The idea was conceived during the early part of the Pandemic in 2020 and is now retailed in Selfridges, Mr Porter, The Conran Shop and Goodhood. The London Design Festival is their first official public launch.

Created for your home or work the ArtNet comes as a set of three different coloured net pieces made from powder coated steel, an oak bracket to attach to your wall, two bats and a ball. By overlapping each of the three pieces the net is easily adjusted to fit most table sizes up to around 1,215mm wide.
The synergy of art and ping pong has always been at the heart of AoPP and so they have brought their flare to a range of colourful bat designs.

Limited Edition Campbell Hay ArtNet £200 per set.

Limited Edition Campbell Hay ArtBat £55 each.
